IRS Form 990 Filings
The Form 990 Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax is an information return required to be filed annually with the IRS by most organizations exempt from income tax. The Trust, a 501(c)(3) organization, is one such organization; the Trust files a Form 990 annually. The Form 990 is designed to enhance the transparency and visibility of a tax-exempt organization’s mission, financial information, operations, and use of resources, thereby providing readers with a concise picture of the organization’s activity and governance.
The Form 990 of the Trust contains its complete financial information as well as information about its tax-exempt mission and program, governance, activities and operations. The Form 990 of an organization is required to be made available to the public and can be located via the IRS website (and various other public interest sources), but the Trust believes that it is important to make its Form 990 easily accessible. Therefore, the Form 990 filings of the Trust for each year since its inception are set forth below. Each may be viewed or downloaded from the PDF files.
